If the registered fertilizer product changes the usage scope, trade name or enterprise name within the period of validity of registration, it shall apply for registration change; if the composition or formulation type of the registered product changes, it shall apply for re-registration.

Apply for usage scope, trade name or enterprise name, the following documents shall be provided (if the foreign language information is submitted by the overseas applicant, it shall be translated into Chinese at the same time):

1. Modify use scope

（1）Field trial report, for the specific requirements, refer to 《Service Guide for Fertilizer Registration Administrative Licensing Matters》.

（2）Fertilizer product label style, for the specific requirements, refer to 《Service Guide for Fertilizer Registration Administrative Licensing Matters》.

2. Change trade name

3. Change company name

（1）Domestic applicants shall submit the copy of enterprise registration certificates marked with unified social credit code (affixed with corporate seal).

（2）Applicants from foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should submit a copy of the enterprise registration certificate, as well as new production and sales permit certification documents and agency agreement; a copy of the business license of the agency or the registration certificate of the resident representative office of the overseas enterprise should also be submitted at the same time.
