Under any of the following circumstances, the holder of the pesticide registration certificate shall apply to the Ministry of Agriculture for alteration:

1. Change the scope, method or dosage of pesticide use

2. Change the composition of a pesticide other than the active ingredient

3. Change the toxicity level of the product

4. The content of the active ingredient of pesticide technical has changed

5. The quality standard of the product has changed

6. Other circumstances stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture.

If the holder of pesticide registration certificate is changed, relevant supporting materials shall be submitted and the application for renewal of pesticide registration certificate shall be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture.

The Ministry of Agriculture shall complete the review of registration change within six months, form review opinions, submit them to the pesticide registration review committee for review, and make a decision of approval within 20 working days from the date of receiving the review opinions. If the conditions are met, the registration change shall be approved, and the registration certificate number and validity period shall remain unchanged; if the conditions are not met, the applicant shall be notified in writing and the reasons shall be explained.

The alteration registration includes the following type.

（1）Expand the use scope

（2）Chante the application method

（3）Increase the use dosage

（4）Decrease the use dosage

（5）Change the specification or composition of technical material (technical concentrate)

（6）Change the specification or composition of formulation

（7）Change toxicity level
